Create an API key in Bybit
In Bybit, open API Management and create a key for an external application. Give it a Kairox-specific name so its purpose is easy to identify.

Kairox uses Bybit to prepare and send spot or futures crypto orders according to the selected mode. The connection uses a Bybit API key with read and trading permissions.
This part happens in the broker or platform interface. The goal is to create credentials dedicated to Kairox, with only the permissions needed for trading.
In Bybit, open API Management and create a key for an external application. Give it a Kairox-specific name so its purpose is easy to identify.
Add the read and trading permissions required for the target market. Keep withdrawals disabled because Kairox does not need them to analyze or execute.
Copy the API Key and API Secret as soon as they are generated. Store them only long enough to save them in Kairox.
Once access is ready, create the connection from the Kairox dashboard. The system will use it to prepare orders according to market, symbol, and risk limits.
In Dashboard, open Connect Brokers & Exchanges, choose a crypto category, then select Bybit.
Add a clear name, paste the API Key and API Secret, then create the connection. The name should distinguish a test, main, or futures account.
In trading settings, verify that spot or futures matches the Bybit permissions. A spot account must not receive a futures order.
Use this mapping to avoid pasting a secret into the wrong field. Labels match the Connect Brokers & Exchanges form.
Create or check your keys, then add the connection in Kairox from the user workspace.
