Can a referral code be added after signup?+
No. The code is captured only during registration. It cannot be added later.
Is the 20% discount capped?+
The Earn discount has no amount cap. Normal payment provider limits and minimums still apply.
When is the sponsor reward issued?+
The reward is issued after a qualifying net payment is finalized. It is credited in USD, not tok.
Is this a multi-level program?+
No. Earn is a direct, single-level referral program.
When can rewards be withdrawn?+
A withdrawal request can be created once the accumulated available balance reaches $20. Kairox processes it manually in USDT.
